For all areas: if you have heroes, it's easy.
Aurora Glade:
Finish of all running teams. After a couple of groups, there will be none left, making the exploration easy.
Lornar's Pass:
It depends very much on the size of the area if you need it or not.
If it's only a small spot, I'd consider leaving it and mapping it somewhere else.
I cleared the upper side (the 'Footprint' and a little more to the south, past the trolls) with 3 heroes and the healer hench.
Dunes:
If you have heroes, make them /Ne and take necrotic traversal on all of them (remember to disable).
Pray for a good spawn and get down yourself.
Lure some Jades and traverse your heroes.
You can leave the hench where they are when you bring a good monk hero and are carefull with your pulls.

This depends on your playing times, since you are in the US and I am on mainland Europe.
